Based in Madison, W isconsin, we provide
healthcare services and health insurance
products, all part of the same team.
Through a network of clinics, medical
centers, physician groups, hospitals
and related healthcare providers, we’ve
grown into one of the largest integrated
healthcare systems in the United States.
When we care for patients
in 18 counties at more than
64 locations, we are Dean.
While four large medical centers serve as
pillars of patient care, we staff clinics and
exceptional outreach programs throughout
south-central Wisconsin. We care for
patients at more than 40 distinct facilities.
In addition, 21 Davis Duehr Dean eyecare
locations give our patients access to the
Midwest’s largest network of eyecare
professionals. Patients who carry Dean
Health Plan health insurance have access
to more than 1,700 physicians, hundreds
of advanced practitioners, more than 150
clinics and 26 affiliated hospitals.

in partnership with SSM Health Care of
Wisconsin, providing our patients access
to excellent regional hospitals like

(one of just five national recipients of
the prestigious Press Ganey™ Partner of
Choice Award®), Columb us Community
Hospital, St. Clare (Baraboo) and
Edgerton Hospital.
